If you don’t know me yet… my name’s Q. Williams.
I’m a former 2-sport D1 athlete, mental performance coach & consultant to the world’s top leaders, executives, and athletes, helping them live a life that is completely on fire, and stacks up to the success they had as an world class athlete.
12 years ago, I was in your very shoes. Having just retired from sport, I didn’t realize it, but I was struggling. I was frustrated, stuck, and isolating myself to ‘find myself’ after sports. I felt like nobody else understood what I was going through. And I was damn sure not about to ask for help from anybody. I just kept doing what I did best… working, researching, producing and performing… essentially, just trying harder to ‘find’ success.
I didn’t know it at the time… but my fire had dwindled down to a measly little flicker.
To improve my situation, I went searching. I was reading books, journaling, meditating, listening to podcasts, and trying to find a mentor to save me from feeling stuck & dissatisfied. But after 7 years of trying… honestly I was just as lost as when I started.
It wasn’t until I combined 5 of the Key Disciplines to Masculine Leadership that I was able to actually shift things. Almost immediately, after applying these lessons together, I started making decisions with a lot more ease, creating more flow in my life & relationships, and the results just started speaking for themselves, everywhere from the boardroom to the bedroom 🤫.
Shocked by my turnaround, I decided to spin these 5 disciplines into a methodology, called The World Class Method, to help other guys in similar situations. Since 2019, the World Class Method has helped over 1,000 men reignite their FIRE to world class levels and activate their masculine leadership.

Q is a retired 2-sport D1 athlete & has coached over 1,000+ men to reshape & retrain their masculine edge. Q has a deep passion for serving & developing human potential beyond sports. He’s a mental performance coach for current and retired athletes, focused on bringing clarity, brotherhood, and accountability to men’s deepest mission after sport.
Q holds a Master’s Degree in Sports Management from Northwestern where he was a Gator Bowl Champion. After retirement, he overcame years of Post-Concussion Syndrome by leveraging his own World Class Method.
